Even a little is dangerous...
Two hours of secondhand smoke exposure compromises control of the heart beat, boosting the risk of irregular beats (and sudden death) or a heart attack. A heart attack suffered whilst breathing secondhand smoke is likely to be worse.

Smoking and the Law From 6am Sunday 1st July 2007, all indoor areas have needed to be completely smoke free. This means no smoking in any enclosed, indoor area (no smoking rooms) or works' vehicles and signs need to be displayed at all public entrances for all premises. Signs will also need to be displayed in relevant vehicles, such as work vans and taxis.
